#76 Fast Honda – WRD Racing Honda Prelude

Fast Honda -Something you would say when you see a decked out Honda Civic, or Integra. But the other models like the Honda Accord, or Prelude don't come to mind right off the bat. But make no mistake, there are several out there making wind on the track, and when someone mentions to me about a Time Attack Honda Prelude, the first car that comes to mind is Cory Wells of WRD Racing Race Machine. Now weight, aftermarket options, and other factors usually are the challenge. But for as long as I've been watching Corey through my lens. He's surely taken this car further every single time. Time Attack Is where it’s at -If you haven’t been or know much about Time Attack, I strongly encourage you to come through at a Global Time Attack event. Unlike other forms of racing, I still find Time Attack the closest thing to grassroots builds that were once in someone’s mind and then executed on a car to race. There is no one sided build here, or marquee, I mean you can sway that way like some. Lol. But if you like Honda’s or Chevys, LS swapped BMW’s and just much more, you’ll notice it all here. What I love most about this sport is the ingenuity of what goes on with the cars. #310 Novak Racing Honda Civic EK9 – GTA Finals SLB 2018

K Powered and built with class. Everything I see in Novak Racing's Honda Civic is truly tasteful. From the obvious clean color choice, and RAYS Wheel TE37's the more you take your time to check out this piece of art. At first glance, you comb the engine bay, passing by the JRZ Suspension, and Kraftwerks Supercharger System. Then you start to take notice of the body panels, stitch welds throughout the chassis, and the similar hardware you'd find on a Top Level IMSA Race Car. But you also notice, the simplicity of the parts chosen. Still no crazy livery, no insane aero or over exaggerated body fixtures. It's got one Recaro Seat, in a intricate Roll Cage system, acrylic front side windows, and just a lot of awe. Lol. Nevertheless it was nice to capture it on track, driven by Pro Driver Alex Peng of Momofoolio Racing, this car popped it's cherry at the Global Time Attack Finals SLB with a 1st Place Win in FWD Unlimited taking down the Buttonwillow Raceway Park#CW13 with a 01:51.435 Lap Time.. #motolyric

East Coast Party – Global Time Attack New Jersey MP 2018

Ahead of schedule which is unusual, but for this event I wanted to make sure I got everyone taken care of, so I borrowed some faster gear that I once owned before to help me in the photography department and deliver with no issues. Thanks to Jason and the GTA Staff for making it possible for me to come across the US and join this East Coast Party. Arriving to this facility first hand was not what I expected, well of course that’s because I’ve never been to New Jersey Motorsports Park before, and I was thinking about this place being small and honestly I was picturing a totally different track. But to my surprise, it far exceeded my expectations as a photographer, visitor, and a new fan. I’m sure the drivers might have had similar feelings, since from what I gathered, they have said the track was smooth, nice and a lot of fun.  […]
