Import Face-Off Fontana 2019

Short and sweet, but good times nonetheless. We came and witness some early birds that have been lined up at the gate. The Car show was massive, and the amount of people attending was huge. But in true Motolyric Fashion we came back to the IFO Series for the Racing. The Drag Racing that is, since we only did 1 IFO event last year, we really missed out on a lot of racing. But 2019 shows some good dates for us to make it to more of them. It was good running into people we know, but always good seeing different cars and setups. Especially ones we haven't seen in awhile. 2 Month Hiatus

It’s been 2 months since the last time we posted anything up in our main site. Due to certain events falling out of our reach and doing more in terms of our Online Store, we have kinda shifted our focus more on our Apparel lately. The Online Store motolyric.bigcartel.com has been seeing a lot of traffic and sales with our merchandise, and with more collaborations recently along with new collaborations coming, it has been extremely busy. With that I have also personally delve back into the Off-Road Scene lately which has kinda given me a lot to work with. But not to worry, because Motolyric is not going anywhere, and we will still be covering key Racing Events in Time Attack, Drag Racing, and other events in relations. For the remainder of the year, I plan to cover and document the Last 2 GTA Events, especially Global Time Attack Super Lap Battle, Formula Drift Irwindale, SEMA or Import vs Domestic World Cup Finals is still a debate. But I will finish off the Motorsports Season in 2018 in Vegas with Import Face-Off. […]

Legendary in it’s own right, nothing is as exciting for me to start the racing season with some good ol Drag Racing. The import kind of Import Face-Off, that has been bringing back the Import Drag Racing a place to race, and a spot in the Motorsports World. Sure it’s not as big as the Imports vs. Domestics at the end of year or March Meet that falls after, but Cliff of IFO and the partners like Mike from the Foat, and Nick of Ososik have been making IFO a legendary series for some time now. With over 40 plus events a year around the USA, they have been giving racers a place to go down the quarter mile for the past 16 years and have succeeded as now the #1 Import Drag Racing Series in the US!  […]

My second time back at the World Time Attack Challenge held in Sydney Australia, was nothing short of amazing. As 2017 rolled out in the beginning of the year, the Time Attack events worldwide, including home base USA was already big. Knowing that cars were being built, changed, or just getting out there chasing records, it was surely a great year. Fast forward to my decision to leave for #wtac again was hard since many major events around the same date and the following weeks would take place. Times Are Changing – Global Time Attack x Motor Massive 2017

With the growth in Time Attack, the other parts of the motoring world has responded. Leading premier company Global Time Attack teamed up again with Motor Mavens/86 Fest to create the first ever Motor Massive. Car Show checked, Vendor Row checked, Auto-X checked, and Time Attack Hell yeah! The chosen facility was none other than Auto Club Speedway in Fontucky (Fontana) California. Home to many races, and events, this one surely didn’t disappoint as it filled up that fast with people and cars from the parking lots to the garage pits. This year we didn’t do a booth, since time and proper product I would have wouldn’t be available on time. But we did manage to make 60 86 Fest x Motolyric Shirts just in time to be sold at the Motor Massive Booths. To our luck all 60 were gone in 6 hours. But that’s another story for another day.  […]
