#555 The Record Breaking Subaru WRX Driven, and owned by Markos Mylonas of Snail Performance / IAG Performance. It's been quite a season seeing different cars, but still remembering certain ones that has made an impact in front your camera. This car and the driver is one of them, as it continues to set and reset records. In Time Attack, trying to be at different parts of the track will always be challenging because once the track goes hot on a session these cars may do one lap, or a few, and if I'm lucky they'll be out for more. This years GTA FINALS, I found Markos out more then I thought he would, and it's his car that I have a personal memorandum in my head because he puts on a fast show. Not knowing if he broke another record, and sometimes instead of capturing his car in action, I take in the moment to see his quest. Lol Although he didn't break his own record this time, he still grabbed 2nd in Street AWD with a 01:49.563. I guess we'll have to wait till next year to see what's next Markos. Will he stay in the Street Class, or will he go to Limited? Unlimited? #motolyric

When we did our first real collaboration Shirt, it was with Snail Performance. As a fan and friend of their Team and an appreciation for their Race Cars, I had a great idea that sparked a movement. That Shirt Record Breaker featuring Markos Mylonas and his Subaru WRX Race Car stylized in a Rat Fink Style design manifesting a Killer Looking Snail was a hit. Well after that, since then we collaborated with other companies, and brands like Global Time Attack, The Dream Series, 86 Fest, Speed Factory Racing, and Turbo By Garrett to name a few. I wish it didn’t have to end. The Time Attack season comes to a close, as the Global Time Attack Super Lap Battle finishes off the year with a very memorable one. Days before this 2 day event at the ever popular Buttonwillow Raceway in the middle of nowhere. I had some personal matters that took me off path, a break-up, and more financial issues that brought me down bad, I almost didn’t have the heart to go, I ended up selling more of my camera equipment and car parts that I could buy again in the future. But I know I needed to be there, I had to move on and get taken back to what I love about this sport so much. Times Are Changing – Global Time Attack x Motor Massive 2017

With the growth in Time Attack, the other parts of the motoring world has responded. Leading premier company Global Time Attack teamed up again with Motor Mavens/86 Fest to create the first ever Motor Massive. Car Show checked, Vendor Row checked, Auto-X checked, and Time Attack Hell yeah! The chosen facility was none other than Auto Club Speedway in Fontucky (Fontana) California. Home to many races, and events, this one surely didn’t disappoint as it filled up that fast with people and cars from the parking lots to the garage pits. This year we didn’t do a booth, since time and proper product I would have wouldn’t be available on time. But we did manage to make 60 86 Fest x Motolyric Shirts just in time to be sold at the Motor Massive Booths. To our luck all 60 were gone in 6 hours. But that’s another story for another day.  […]
