Times Are Changing – World Time Attack Challenge 2017

By |November 6th, 2017|

My second time back at the World Time Attack Challenge held in Sydney Australia, was nothing short of amazing. As 2017 rolled out in the beginning of the year, the Time Attack events worldwide, including home base USA was already big. Knowing that cars were being built, changed, or just getting out there chasing records, it was surely a great year. Fast forward to my decision to leave for #wtac again was hard since many major events around the same date and the following weeks would take place. So the budget was only good for one event, and after evaluating the choices I jumped on the plane and headed down under to join the buzz again that makes the World Time Attack Challenge that Great.  […]

Famoso Returns – Import Face-Off Bakersfield, Sep. 2016

By |October 5th, 2016|

With Import Drag Racing finding it’s way to the top, there is still one racing series that is 100% consistent and known to have some of the best cars racing, and competing for that time slip. That series is Import Face-Off, and with sponsored partner M&H Tires backing the series there is no reason for you or anyone out there to not check out what IFO is doing for all the racers. Bringing a place to race, show and sell. IFO has over 45 races all over the country for 2016, and with 11 more left including the 2 that are coming to Fontana, and Las Vegas in December. It is heaven to the Local Street Cred guy, or the seasonal show goer. […]

Spring Drags – IDRC Fontana 2016

Spring into Summer, Drag Racing is fun when you’re there. Weather was a partial fear for some, but for the die hard of this industry, it wasn’t going to stop anyone in their tracks. IDRC comes down again to Fontana, for another Drag Racing event. Showing up with proper staff, vendors, car show, food trucks and the Drag Racing. […]

Rain or Shine Formula D returns to the LBC. Round 1 2016

By |April 14th, 2016|

Another year, another season. Formula D brings it down to the Streets of Long Beach again for 2016. Watered down from the heavens above, Friday started out really wet. Since 2007 I’ve been attending Formula D events, and only Road Atlanta, and a few others I felt the same rain experience during an event. But what made this one much more interesting is that the skill level of the drivers had to be on par. With only feet separating one K-rail barrier to the one across, it’s definitely not one to take lightly.

What an Experience – TUDOR Championship Streets of Long Beach 2015

By |May 1st, 2015|

In the enthusiast world of motoring there are several pinnacle series of racing we all follow or look up to as the cream of the crop. For me, it’s always has been Formula One and the GT Cars all over the World. Particularly the 24 Heures du Mans overseas, the cars look so interesting that you start to pick at it from the roof to the wheels, to even the bolts holding down the seat. From the manufacturer to the personnel everything involved has a reason. Totally functional in all ways more than one, but also very stylish as form does follow from it. But it’s the cars overall result that do the talking and make the statement with what they represent. […]
